BUT YOU AWARE FROM YOUR SOIL LEVEL, SO it's CALLED CONSCIOUS SLEEP,

YOU WATCH SO MANY VIDEO, READ SO MANY BOOKS, VISIT SO CALLED GURU TO KNOW ABOUT MEDITATION,

BECAUSE YOU HEARD FROM SO CALLED PEOPLE,

MEDITATION IS GOOD FOR HEALTH.

 MEDITATION KEEPS YOUR MIND PEACEFUL.

MEDITATION KEEPS YOU FREE FROM STRESS, ANGER AND SO MANY THINGS LIKE THAT,

SO YOU GO AFTER MEDITATION.

MY QUESTION IS 

WILL YOU MEDITATE, HAVING TOO MUCH KNOWLEDGE ABOUT MEDITATION?

ANSWER IS NO. 

BECAUSE YOU HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT MEDITATION,

BUT JUST NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS THE MEDITATION.

I UNDERSTAND YOU FEELING BORED.

WHY THAT PEOPLE HAVING KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CIGRATE AND WINE . THESE ARE POISON DAMAGE YOUR HEALTH.

WHY THEY CONTINUE UP TO HIS DEATH.

THEY HAVE TOO MUCH KNOWLEDGE 

BUT THEY DIDNOT UNDERSTAND YET.


WHAT IS UNDERSTANDING MEANS

WHEN YOU REALLY UNDERSTAND SOMETHING,

THAN YOUR THOUGHT AND EMOTION WORKING TOWARDS 

AND YOUR BRAIN SOFTWARE WORKING ON THAT DIRECTION.

IF YOU GO INTO LITTLE MORE DEEPER.

THAN UNDERSTANDING MEANS 

THE CONCEPT ENTERED IN YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND,

SO THAT YOUR ACTION LIKE THAT.


EXAMPLE;-  TWO FEMALE MOTHER AND WIFE 

HOW MUCH DIFFERENCE IN YOUR ACTION, FEELING, AND EMOTION TOWARDS THEM.

BOTH ARE SAME SEX, SAME BODY.

WHY THIS DIFFERENCE BECAUSE SUCH TYPE CONCEPT ENTERED IN YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND.

SO YOUR FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS ARE DIFFERENT.

IN YOUR MEDITATION WHEN YOU THINK ABOUT GOD RAM,

THAN GOD HIMSELF WILL TAKE YOU TO CINEMA.

AND  GOD HIMSELF WILL TAKE YOU TO RESTAURANT AND WAR.

YOUR BRAIN WILL PLAYS THOUSANDS OF TRICKS WITH YOU,

To TAKE YOU AWAY FROM MEDITATION,YOU ARE HELPLESS WITH BRAIN, BECOUSE.

MIND IS VERY POWERFUL AND SMART.

THAN SLOWLY YOU QUIT MEDITATION.

HOW TO DO MEDITATION:-

1- RELEXATION AND AWARENESS.

HOW TO USE IT.

START JOGGING UPTO HALF AN HOUR.

WHEN BODY IS COMPLETELY EXHAUSTED.

WHEN BODY NOT ABLE TO TAKE ANY ACTION,

BETWEEN THOSE LONG LONG BREATHES.

THAN SIT IN ANY COMFORTABLE POSITION,TRY TO SIT ON EARTH,

IF NOT POSSIBLE CAN SIT IN  THE CHAIR

CONDITION IS SPINE SHOULD BE STRAIGHT FORWARD.

THAN TAKE 20 TIMES DEEP AND LONG BREATHS.

AND BE AWARE OF BREATH.

INCOMING AND OUTGOING BREATH.

FIRST ITS RUNNING LEFT OR RIGHT NOSE.,

IF YOU CONTINUE CONSCIOUS ABOUTYOUR BREATH,

THAN YOU NOTICE THAT ITS CHANGING DIRECTION LEFT TO RIGHT,IN 2.5 HOURS FREQUENTLY.

3 TO 7 MINUTE  ITS RUNNING FROM

BOTH NOSETEL.

THIS IS THE TIME OF REAL MEDITATION.

PROCESS OF MEDITATION LIKE THAT,

WHEN YOU CONTINUE  15 DAYS.

THAN YOU KNOW SOMETHING THAT YOU NEVER EXPLAIN TO ANYONE.

BUT YOU ALWAYS HAPPY BY YOUR OWN NATURE.
