Water is universal solvent.  Human cells depend on non-covalent interactions involving water bounds.water  is polar solvent able to participates in solutions. 

Water participates in protein folding and modulation of surface tension among other processes .

Water helps our body to keep a normal temperature. 

Water lubricate and cushion joints. 

Water protect your spinal cord and other sensitive tissues. And get rid of wastes through the urination,perspiration and bowl movements. 

Around 70% of our body is made up  of water ,and we can only live three to five days without fluids. 

Water plays very important roles in our body including  flushing waste from the body. Regulating body temperature

Transportation of nutrients and is necessary for digestion .

Human body needs water for day to day survival .

Water is not a simple thing.It is very important for our body.


How important.........

Suppose you are thirsty for 2 days.Suddenly both God and water appear in front of you.

At that time God spoke quickly, I will give you salvation.You will not hear a single word of God at that time.Will you quickly run to the water first.you will speak to god,Now I don't want salvation, you also want water, water!

When water is so important for our life.So we should drink water after knowing its quality.How and how much water should be drunk,It is also important to know this.


When water is more important than our life.So water should be given respect and drunk with great respect.

Water should always be drunk with gratitude.



90% of diseases in our body start from the stomach.

90% of diseases occur due to drinking water in a wrong way.

1 .. Drinking water at the end of a meal is equivalent to drinking poison.

The central part of our body is the stomach.Called jather, 

Where food goes.                Gastric fire burns in the stomach.when we start eating.As soon as you put food in your mouth.saliva starts forming in the mouth.Gastric fire starts running in the stomach.As long as you eat food, the gastric fire keeps on burning.This gastric fire helps in digestion of food.

Gastric fire continues to burn till one and a half hour after eating food.If you drink water as soon as the food is over.

Then this gastric fire will be extinguished.Then the food will not be digested.The food in the stomach will rot.

First gas will be formed.Again the more the gas the more your throat will burn.  There will be burning sensation in the chest, burning sensation in the stomach.Then this gas will circulate in the whole body.Then you will have headache.You will have pain in your back, you will also feel dizzy.

If you keep drinking water after eating every day.Gas will be made every day.Then 103 types of diseases come in the body.Like acidity ulcer in the end cancer.

If water is drunk incorrectly.  Now the journey starting from acidity to cancer will be completed.

When 103 diseases come due to a small mistake, then that mistake should never be done.So you should drink water after one and a half hour of eating food.

Because after eating food, the gastric fire burns for one and a half hours.

If you want to drink water before meals, then one hour before.Can drink one sip or two sips in between meals.

to clean the mouth after eating,

Drink some water and spill it out.You can drink juice after meals.Make juice of whatever fruits are in season.

When the body needs water, it will ask for water.  You will feel very thirsty.

At that time drinking water will make water nectar.
