Sugar is also called white poison.

Sugar gets stuck in the stomach when it enters the stomach.Many chemicals are added to make sugar from sugarcane.These chemicals are very harmful for our body.

How much sugar will you eat now?

In the same amount, your calcium will decrease from your body. The more calcium is deficient, the more fat will start accumulating.

SUGARY PRODUCTS:-

     Means Bakery items, cakes, pastry, sweets,icecream .

Things made of sugar.If you eat a little thing made of sugar, then high calories go into the body.

Fat starts accumulating in the stomach by eating high calorie foods.There is no nutrition in food made from sugar.

REFINED FLOUR:-

     What is flour and how is it made?

Wheat is processed and all its nutrition is extracted.And a fine powder is prepared.Which is called refined flour.

There are 496 calories in one cup of maida.The nutritional value of maida is very low.After entering the stomach, the flour gets stuck there.

The food which has more calories and less nutritional value, by eating that food, the fat in the stomach starts acumlating.

Maida takes 8 hours to digest.

If any food stays in the stomach for more than 4 hours, it will ferment.  cause of gas acidity,flatulence and indigestion.

Everything made of fine flour only harms the body.

There is a saying that the more packets you open, the more obesity will increase.Preservatives in packaged food,Too much chemicals and sugar,Use of some gases and chemicals to make packet food tasty and spicy.which are very harmful for our body.

FRIED FOODS:-

   

The fried things available in the market are prepared with palm oil.

There are 884 calories in 100 grams of palm oil.The nutritional value is very   less.Palm oil also stuck in the stomach.Due to not being digested quickly, it rots in the stomach.Due to which gas acidity indigestion.and fat starts accumulating in the belly.

ENERGY DRINKS AND BARS:-

    The stimulants in these drinks can have harmful effects on the nurvous system. 

Dehydration  due to less water and high calories ,Heart complications ,Anxiety and Insomnia (unable to sleep .

Caffeine intake may have a negative impact on Male fertility ,including sperm count,and testicular function ,

Energy bars often contain compounds called  sugar and alcohol .sugar ans alcohol are associated with multiple gastrointestinal side effects including  abdominal pain ,bloating and gas.

PROCEEDS FOODS:-

     Heavily processed foods often include unhealthy levels  of added sugar ,sodium and fat,These ingredients make the food ,we eat taste better ,but too much of them leads to serious health issues like OBESITY, HEART DISEASE, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, DIABETES.
