Vata, pitta, and kapha are each essential to our physiology in some way, so no one dosha is better than, or superior to, any other. Each of them has a very specific set of functional roles to play in the body. That said, when the doshas are out of balance, they can wreak havoc on our health.
VATA....vata is the energy of movement .
PITTA....pitta is energy of digestion and metabolism.
KAPHA...kapha is the energy of lubrication and structure.
Vata dosha....vata dosha type person tend to be slim ,even skinny,with flat chests and visible ribs.
Because the domain of vata dosha is large intestine,It is usually this area where people like you tend to develop health problems.
Vata is dry and rough.
Dryness of skin, hair, ears, lips, and joints. Dryness internally – bloat, gas, constipation, dehydration, weight loss. Dry and lightness of the mind – restlessness, dizziness, feeling ungrounded.
Pitta dosha....pitta dosha can cause dry skin, constipation, rough movement in the joints,
Careless ness, a characteristic rigidity in the mind and body.
And brittle hair ,nails and bones.
Pittas have an abundance of stamina and energy.
They also enjoy the gift of sleeping soundly. As long as you stay in balance, your digestion will be strong, allowing you to eat anything.
Kapha dosha....kapha dosha have big body frame and stocky body .
They have smooth,oily, lustrous skin.They sweat easily. Kapha people have thick, long, wavy ,lustrous brown hairs. There eyes are brown,large and ovel shape with clear white sclera.
The ancient Indian science of healing 'Ayurveda' defines your body into three types - Vata, Pitta and Kapha. The body type of a person depends on their physical and emotional attributes. To get the maximum benefit from the daily diet you consume or treatment you take when ill you must know your body type.
According to Ayurveda, there are many such things in this world, which can keep (vata,pitta and kapha) all the three under control simultaneously.

Triphala is made by mixing these three.
Hence Triphala is nothing but the combination of three extremely potent fruits. These three fruits are amla (Emblica Officinalis), haritaki or harad (Terminalia Chebula), and bibhitaki or baheda (Terminalia belerica). You may know them as Indian gooseberry, black myrobalan, and belleric myrobalan.
Triphala Powder is made up of Amla, Baheda & Harad in a 3:2:1 ratio, respectively.
Means
300 gm Amla
200 gm Baheda
100 gm Harad
Make powder of all three and keep it in a glass container.
