From 7:00 am to 12:00 noon you have only juice and fruit as breakfast. 

You have to take juice and fruit according to your weight.

If your body weight is 70 kg, then you will need 700 grams of juice and fruits till 12 noon.


DIP  LUNCH ROUTINE

Even in lunch you have to take two plates according to your weight.Let's say your body weight is 70 kg.

PLATE  1

The first plate should have 350 gm of raw food.Like cucumber, carrot, tomato etc.

You have to finish plate one first.

PLATE    2

After that we have to go towards the cooked food.

You can take cooked food like Dal,Rice, vegetables, roti in the second plate.


DIP DINNER ROUTINE

Even in dinner, you have to take two plates according to your body weight.

If your body weight is 70 kg than 350 gm each plate.

Plate 1

Raw vegetables on the first plate.

Like cucumber, carrot, tomato etc.

The first plate should be of 350 grams.First of all it has to be finished.After that we have to go towards the cooked food.

PLATE 2

After that we have to go towards the cooked food.

You can take cooked food like Dal,Rice, vegetables, roti in the second plate.

Dinner should be done by 7:00 in the evening.

By following DIP diet you will always be healthy.

This diet plan is all about adding naturally occurring food items to your daily diet to yield maximum benefits 


To get the right results of this diet, you will not have to avoid some things.

TO AVOID... ...

1. PACKED FOOD       2..REFINED OILS                       3.. ANIMALS OR DAIRY PRODUCTS.

4..AVOID TEA,COFFEE AS A FIRST MORNING DRINK .

5.. NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS .

6..NEVER EAT AFTER 7 PM


 FOR SNACKING USE

1 ..SOAKED NUTS.

2.. FRUITS,SALAD .

3 ..JUICE AND COCONUT WATER. 

4... SPROUTS ,RAW GROUND NUTS.

5.. DRY FRUITS.

6...MINIMUM  40 MINUTES 

     SUNLIGHT IN A DAY.
