Blood sugar, or glucose, is the main sugar found in your blood. It comes from the food you eat, and is your body's main source of energy. Your blood carries glucose to all of your body's cells to use for energy. Diabetes is a disease in which your blood sugar levels are too high.

Glycaemia, also known as blood sugar level, blood sugar concentration, or blood glucose level is the measure of glucose concentrated in the blood of humans. Approximately 4 grams of dissolved glucose, a simple sugar, is present in the blood plasma of a 70 kg human at all times.sugar you get from foods you eat, and your body uses it for energy. As it travels through your bloodstream to your cells, it's called blood glucose or blood sugar.


Normal sugar level by age.

From 90 to 150 mg/dL  for adults. From 90 to 150 mg/for children, 13 to 19 years old. From 100 to 180 mg/dL for children, 6 to 12 years old. From 110 to 200 mg/dL  for children under 6 years old.


              High blood sugar

Hyperglycemia is the technical term for high blood glucose (blood sugar). High blood glucose happens when the body has too little insulin or when the body can't use insulin properly.

Dinner should be done by 7:00 in the evening.
