Cholesterol is any of a class of certain organic molecules called lipids. It is a sterol (or modified steroida type of lipid. Cholesterol is biosynthesized by all animal cells and is an essential structural component of animal cell membranes. When chemically isolated, it is a yellowish crystalline.


What is normal cholesterol level?

In general: A total cholesterol level of less than 200 mg/dL is normal. A total cholesterol level of 200 to 239 mg/dL is borderline high. A total cholesterol level of 240 mg/dL or greater is high.

The foods for high cholesterol, given their high saturated fat content, include:


• Red meat, like beef, pork, and lamb, as well as processed meats like sausage.

• Full-fat dairy, like cream, whole milk, and butter.

• Baked goods and sweets.

• Fried foods.

• Tropical oils such as palm oil and Refindoil, DoubleRefind, and Dalda Ghee. products made of it.

Eat pure mustard oil.  ,To reduce the LDL cholesterol level very quickly.


 The thicker and smoother the cooking oil, the better.


The thinner the milk the better


Desi cow ghee lowers ldl cholesterol and higher hdl


Eat Sendha salt instead of iodized salt.,To reduce the LDL cholesterol level very quickly.


Vegetables and pulses with skins,To reduce the LDL cholesterol level very quickly.


Eat unpolished rice.means Brown rice. 


Reduce eating flour too.The amount of gluten in it is very high.Which is very difficult to digest.

Which later becomes the reason for increasing LDL.


Start eating 50% raw vegetables.in your diet.
