SEASON AND WATER

          SEASON AND WATER

                    *******

Like every season has its own costumes.

There is also a different food for each season.

The weather of each season is also different.

There are different ways of living in each season.

In the same way, water should also be drunk in different ways in every season.

What if you don't change yourself according to the season?

So you cannot be healthy and happy.

Everyone knows all these things.

But with the speed of time all have been forgotten.

I am not telling, just making you remember.

AYURVEDIC FORMULA

         ********

1...Always drink room temperature water if not lukewarm.

              Reason

                ****

Room temperature water maintains hydration.

By drinking room temperature water throughout the day, you'll feel less thirsty compared to drinking it cold. The downside to this is not drinking enough water. To stay cool, your body will sweat and lose the minimal water you're intaking.

Water at Room Temperature Is Better for the Stomach and Intestines.

2...In summer, water kept in an earthen pot should be drunk.

             Reason

                 ****

Natural purifier. Clay pots are not just useful to cool the water but also to purify it naturally. The porous micro-texture blocks contaminants in the water and makes it relatively safe to drink.

Drinking water from a clay pot “helps in improving metabolism“. “The body's natural metabolic system is boosted with water stored in a clay pot.

The human body is acidic in nature, while clay is alkaline. Water from these alkaline pots when consumed by you reacts with the acidic nature of our body and helps in creating a proper pH balance. This is the reason why drinking matka water helps in keeping acidity and stomach problems at bay.

3...In rainy days, first heating the water completely. It should be drunk after cooling down a bit to mean room temperature.

            Reason

            *******

In the rainy season, the source of drinking water gets contaminated easily and this can result in the spread of water-borne diseases such as cholera, typhoid etc. Boiling the water kills most of these disease−causing microorganisms present in the water.

Humidity increases in monsoon taking away huge amounts of water from the body.

Boiling the water kills microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, or protozoans that can cause disease. Boiling makes the tap water microbiologically safe.
