Gas in your stomach is primarily caused by swallowing air when you eat or drink. Most stomach gas is released when you burp. Gas forms in your large intestine (colon) when bacteria ferment carbohydrates — fiber, some starches and some sugars — that aren't digested in your small intestine.

Gas is air in the intestine that is passed through the rectum. Air that moves from the digestive tract through the mouth is called belching. Gas is also called flatus or flatulence.


Sometimes stress can make [gas and bloating] a major issue.

CAUSES OF GAS FORMATION .............


Excessive flatulence can be caused by swallowing more air than usual or eating food that's difficult to digest. It can also be related to an underlying health problem affecting the digestive system, such as recurring indigestion or irritable bowel syndrome


Everything made of milk produces gas.


Stress can make [gas and bloating] a major issue.


High proteins diet 


Higher meat intake was associated with an increased risk of UC. Among animal protein sources, red meat, processed meat, and organ meat were associated with UC risk, whereas poultry, fish, egg and dairy products were not associated with the UC risk


Milk and milk products.


Milk is a Fiberless food, 

milk is a hormonal food .    Milk is good as long as there are no teeth in the mouth.toothache in the mouth,There is no power to digest milk. 


The child of any animal does not drink milk after growing up.Man drinks milk to stay healthy.here is the biggest mistake,The stomach no longer has the power to digest milk.If it is not digested then it becomes gas.

That's why it should not be digested quickly.Because the intestine of humans is very large approximately 33 meters.  due to lack of fiber sticks in our intestines,Then this food will rot and will produce gas.


Non veg items good for animals,Animals intestine is very small only 3 meter.

1...One teaspoon cumin.(JIRA)     Boiled in a glass of water,


When half a glass water is left.

Drink it slowly like tea on an empty stomach in the morning.

And eat the remaining cumin after chewing it.

The gas problem will end in a few days.


2...A spoonful of ajwain (carom seeds).And adding a little black salt.

mix it well,

A mixture of carom seeds and black salt.Morning afternoon and evening. Half teaspoon after every meal.

The gas problem will end in     3 days surely.
