ALKALINE WATER AT HOME *******
Water is very very important because its 72%in the body.
Fill an earthen pot with water.If there is 10 liters of water, then put two cucumbers in it.
Cut a cucumber into four pieces and put it inside the water.
And also cut two lemons and put them in water.
Leave it overnight ,and next day morning it turns into alkaline water.
This alkaline water should be taken slowly in the morning on an empty stomach.
It will not allow your blood to become acidic, it will keep it alkaline.
When the blood becomes alkaline, there will be no pain in the joints.
Blood circulation will be very good.
