Breakfast is the first meal of the day. A healthy breakfast refuels the body and replenishes the blood sugar (glucose), giving the energy necessary to start a new day. It is proven that breakfast is good for both physical and mental health.


If  you divide this compound word into two parts, you'll see it's made up of “break" and “fast." To fast means to go without food. So “breakfast" means to break the fast you've been observing since you went to sleep the night before!

A balanced breakfast includes vegetables and/or fruits, whole grains and protein foods. Vegetables and fruit like bananas, frozen blueberries, dried apricots, cucumber, canned peaches and spinach,carrot, Beetroot,

Fenugreek greens,Bottle gourd and Sprouted pulses.

For some religious reason or on some festival, we fast.when it was time to break the fast,So we pray and We break the fast by drinking fruit juice or by eating fruits.


Similarly, this is the breakfast to break the fast of whole night. 

We should take breakfast in the morning with respect.

When our breakfast will be Satvik.Only then will the feeling of his respect arise from within us.


As is our food, so is the feeling of our mind.


Most of us are eating whatever comes to our mind for breakfast,Someone is eating potato parathas. some are eating rotis.Many are eating puris made of white flour.

I myself have seen some people who cook food only once in the morning. Eat a little of that then it's breakfast,The rest was eaten during lunch time.

Right now he is feeling that we are saving money .

The money saved now will have to be given to the doctor after a few years.



What to eat in breakfast should be eaten very thoughtfully.


you have dinner at 10:00 pm .  In the morning again you ate cooked food.

The food you eat at night takes 8 hours to digest.The life force inside us takes 3 hours to clean the same food.We didn't give him time to clean,
