A circadian rhythm, or circadian cycle, is a natural, internal process that regulates the sleep–wake cycle and repeats roughly every 24 hours. It can refer to any process that originates within an organism and responds to the environment. 



In mammals, the circadian clock resides in two clusters of nerve cells called the suprachiasmatic nuclei (SCN), which are located in a region at the base of the brain called the anterior hypothalamus.


Circadian rhythms are regulated by small nuclei in the middle of the brain. They are called the suprachiasmatic nuclei (SCN). Nuclei act as control centers.

• Body temperature.

• Sleep and wakefulness.

• Various hormonal changes.


The DIP diet plan has been designed in such a way that Our body's circadian in clock which has deteriorated, will slowly recover.

In DIP diet, our body weight is 70 kg, so we eat 700 grams of raw food.Raw food means raw vegetables and fruits.

You have to eat breakfast only with a full stomach.If someone's body weight is 70 kg, then he has to eat only 700 grams.  no need.His stomach fills quickly in 800 grams, so he can eat only 800 grams.The point is, the stomach should be filled.

Because it has more sugar,fiber,glucose ,fructose(a hexose sugar found especially in honey and fruit).

Our body's pancreas is fully active in the morning.                           "An organ near the stomach that produces the substance that controls the amount of sugar in the blood (insulin) and which helps your body to deal with (digest) the food you eat)"

DIP LUNCH AND DINNER

 Our body weight is 70 kg, so we eat 700 grams.   Seven hundred grams have to be divided into two plates.

PLATE 1...350 grams raw food .                            PLATE 2...350 grams cooked food. 

First you have to eat raw food, after that you have to eat cooked food.By eating like this, your Sir circadian Clock will start working properly.All the parts of the body will begin to coordinate with each other.

Gradually many improvements will come in your body.

If you reverse the equation.Its result will also be opposite.Your body circadian Clock will start to deteriorate further.

This point has to be understood very carefully.When we eat raw food first in the meal.

When we eat raw vegetables and fruits.

There is a hormone in our stomach which is called

 INCRETIN HORMONES 

It gives signals to our brain ,How much of which nutrition is needed in the body?

Then the flow of the same nutrition and vitamins goes from the stomach to the blood.

Only living food has the ability to sense this signal.cooked food does not understand this signals.

It is important when, how much Quantity and in which order to eat food.

According to the DIP diet, dinner should be finished by 7:00 pm.

If you do the same dinner at 10:00 pm, then the result will be opposite.

As soon as you think I'll eat this.Our brain sends signals to all organs, that BIRYANI is coming.So the enzymes that digest biryani should start coming.Whatever he got from that biryani, he left it directly in the blood.

This is the biggest problem in cooked food.

Raw Food  understands the signals of these incretin hormones.

Then incretin hormones act like traffic police in our stomach.When, where and how much is needed in our body.Will send only this much and stop the rest.

This is the goodness of vegetable and fruits.
