If you don't go to the gym, you don't exercise,Can't even stay physically active.You must be understanding that in the body ,There is no agility as before.


If you want to avoid the back pain that comes with aging.

There should be no pain in the knees.You want my body to remain strong for a long time.Your body continues to function properly even after old age.Do not have to depend on anyone else even in old age.


You have to do a simple exercise.This exercise will look very simple to you.


There is a lot of power in this exercise.  It's a part of  Hath yoga.


Whenever you sit down.to stand up from a sitting position,You just don't have to take the support of your hand in that.Means you have to sit down without hand support.And you have to stand without hand support.

If you are able to sit up 4-5 times then?Then you understand that your body is in perfect condition now.Your body will remain perfect even in old age.

If you are not able to do then start practicing from now.

You will get very good results only after practicing for a month.



STAND UP FROM SITTING

 WITHOUT USING YOUR HANDS PRACTICE Will increase your age.

The sit-to-stand exercise helps to strengthen the muscles in your thighs and the muscles in the center of your body that give you stability (core muscles)

As people get older, balance, flexibility, and strength all decrease. Picking things up off the floor, getting out of bed, getting off the toilet, or picking yourself up after you fall down become increasingly more difficult. Without any intervention, a person can physically atrophy to the point where they can no longer move about.


Doing this will increase your hip mobility and leg strength. You'll also create more resilience in your body as you age. Once you get a little bit more comfortable with this action, you can practice it anytime. Use this on your yoga mat or off to improve your health, wellness, and body awareness.


According to Livestrong, relying on your hands to sit and stand may mean that you have limited mobility and flexibility, weak core muscles, or that you need to work on full-body strength. According to Prevention, researchers have argued that one's ability to sit and stand without their hands can even predict longevity.


Learning to stand up for yourself means that you're looking out for your well-being and bettering your mental health. 


This exercise should become a habit of your life.Then you will see that you are fit even in your old age.
