Best side for sleep

       *******

Swara yoga is an ancient tantric science which involves the systematic study of the breath flow through the nostrils (or swara) in relation to the prevailing phases of the moon, time of day and direction .

This healing practice helps everyone in purifying the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

Lord Shiva

Lord Shiva was the father of Yoga. Lord Shiva is considered as the Adiyogi (the first yogi). As the Hindu writings suggest, Lord Shiva went to the Himalayas and because of his happiness, he started dancing.

          *******

9. When you get up in early morning check your nostrils for the flow of breath. ...

10. Go to the toilet when the  pingla nadi activated. Right nostril is flowing and urinate when  IDA nadi is activated means the left nostril is flowing.

11. Eat meals when pingla nadi activated, the right nostril is flowing and drink water when Ida nadi activated, the left is flowing.

Method to Change the Swara

      **********

Yoga Danda Method

. Using yoga danda under the armpit of your active side and put your weight over the danda. ...

Lying Method. Lying on the same side which swara is active (see figure) your close nostril will open within 5 to 10 minute . ...

Pressure on the arm pit by hand.

SLEEP ALWAYS LEFT SIDE........

Sleeping on your left side is thought to have the most benefits to your overall health. Still, either side can offer benefits in terms of sleep apnea and chronic lower back pain relief. You don't have to stick with one side the entire night. Feel free to start on your left side and see how your body feels.

It alleviates acid reflux and heartburn, boosts digestion, stimulates the drainage of toxins from your lymph nodes, improves circulation, and helps your brain filter out waste.

Watch your breath before sleeping at night.

If you are breathing through the right nostril, then your Pingla Nadi is activated.

Sleep on your left side.

By sleeping in this way, your Pingala Nadi will remain active throughout the night.

This will also give you a very good sleep.

If the body remains warm from inside throughout the night, then all the internal processes will be very good.

If your Ida Nadi is activated before sleeping.

Then close your left nostril and activate your Pingla Nari. Than sleep for good health and sound sleep.

Thanks to all
