       USE OF BESAN

               *****

Besan or gram flour is a flour of chana dal or split brown chickpeas.

Besan is used as a thickener in soups and sauces of all types, and may be used as egg is used in western cuisine to bind ingredients together. In other cuisines, the versatile flour is sometimes used in batters, soups, desserts and some bread too.

Gram flour contains a high proportion of carbohydrates, higher fiber relative to other flours, no gluten, and a higher proportion of protein than other flours.

Besan is one of the most effective therapies for acne and acne scars. It exfoliates our skin, eliminates dirt, pollutants, and dead skin cells.

Besan has healing and exfoliating properties that make it the perfect homemade, all natural body scrub. Combine 3 teaspoons besan, 1 teaspoon grounded oats and 2 teaspoons corn flour with a little raw milk.
