Pain affecting the back, hip, and outer side of the leg, caused by compression of a spinal nerve root in the lower back, often owing to degeneration of an intervertebral disc.


Sciatica occurs when the sciatic nerve becomes pinched. The cause is usually a herniated disk in the spine or an overgrowth of bone, sometimes called bone spurs, form on the spinal bones.

Pain radiating along the sciatic nerve, which runs down one or both legs from the lower back.

It's usually caused when a herniated disc or bone spur in the spine presses on the nerve.

Pain originates in the spine and radiates down the back of the leg. Sciatica typically affects only one side of the body.


AYURVEDIC REMEDIES

In a glass of gourd juice.        One teaspoon coriander leaves juice.                                        one teaspoon basil leaves juice 

And one teaspoon mint leaf juice.


To be taken every morning on an empty stomach.

Within 3 months it will completely eliminate the sciatica pain. 


             OR


Amar bel  1kg.


Dry Amar bel or Akash bel and make its powder.

Pure 1 kg ghee of desi cow Cook it,Cook it till it turns slightly red.

Then add one kg of desi sugar to it.

By taking two spoons every morning on an empty stomach.

Sciatica pain will end in 2 months.

     PADABHYANGA 

Kansa vati foot massage

In Ayurveda ‘Padabhyanga’ or ‘foot massage’ is considered the mother of all therapies.



HOW TO DO PADABHYANGA

Its best to do it at just before sleeping 

Applying generous amounts of the castor oil,OR coconut oil  OR ghee on the foot and massaging releases toxins. After liberally applying the oil to the soles, heels, ankle joints,

Slowly run the kansa vati up and down the sole.By doing round massage on both the feet.

Then begin to work in gentle circular motions applying very light pressure.


1. Massage each foot for 10-15 minutes.

2. the Kansa is doing its work of pulling out the toxins. Your feet will become grey and black in colour.like a charcoal after doing paabhyanga.


By doing this activity for 3 days, your body will get a lot of relief.

This action will start releasing toxins from your body.
