     IncreaseHemoglobin

     (HEE-moh-GLOH-bin)

              *******

A protein inside red blood cells that carries oxygen from the lungs to tissues and organs in the body and carries carbon dioxide back to the lungs.

A red substance in the blood that carries the gas we need to live (oxygen) and contains iron.

The amount of hemoglobin in whole blood is expressed in grams per deciliter (g/dl). The normal Hb level for males is 14 to 18 g/dl; that for females is 12 to 16 g/dl.

        Low  Hemoglobin

              ******

When your hemoglobin level is low, it means your body isn't getting enough oxygen, making you feel very tired and weak.

Human blood is red because hemoglobin, which is carried in the blood and functions to transport oxygen, is iron-rich and red in color.Hemoglobin develops in cells in the bone marrow that become red blood cells.

Foods cause low hemoglobin

            *********

Some foods can make it harder for your body to absorb iron. These include coffee, tea, milk, egg whites, fiber, and soy protein.

Possible causes of anemia include: Iron deficiency. Vitamin B12 deficiency. Folate deficiency.

1. Beans.

2. Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach.

3. Dried fruit, such as raisins and apricots.

Apricots, apples, grapes, bananas, pomegranates and watermelons play a very important role in improving hemoglobin count.

Anaemia is usually caused when red blood cells carry very less oxygen to the brain. Thus, almonds contain copper, iron and vitamins that help in producing more haemoglobin and as a result, almonds can be used to prevent anaemia.

Iron and copper are essential micronutrients for the formation of haemoglobin. Cashew nuts are rich in iron and copper and thus may aid the formation of haemoglobin.

Whatever English medicines are there to increase hemoglobin.

Most of the medicine is not affected by our body.
