Curd, which is popularly known as dahi in India, is prepared via a different process. So, from now on, when we mention curd in this article, we mean Indian dahi, not the solid blocks of milk. Curd is made by fermenting milk with the help of Lactic Acid bacteria.



Curd is obtained by coagulating milk in a sequential process called curdling. It can be a final dairy product or the first stage in cheesemaking. The coagulation can be caused by adding rennet, a culture, or any edible acidic substance such as lemon juice or vinegar, and then allowing it to coagulate. The increased acidity causes the milk proteins (casein) to tangle into solid masses, or curds. Milk that has been left to sour (raw milk alone or pasteurized milk with added lactic acid bacteria) will also naturally produce curds,

Nowadays all the curds sold in the market are made from duplicate milk.Eating these milk products causes more damage to the body.


Homemade curd turns sour in 2 days.

Packed curd does not sour even after 7 days.

Because it contains many chemicals and preservatives which are harmful for us.

Synthetic milk is manufactured by mixing glucose, urea, refined oil, milk powder and water.

One piece coconut.

Make milk by putting it in the mixer.

Milk is extracted thrice from a coconut.

After pouring some water in the coconut and running it in the mixer, its milk is to be extracted.  all three times.


Soak 10 almond in an earthen pot overnight.

Put it in the mixer and take out its milk.pour water thrice and extract its milk.


Now mix coconut milk with Almond milk and heat it a little.

remain mildly warm.  Add 4 green chilies to it.

Cut the upper and lower part of the green chili and put the  in the  milk.

Use an earthen vessel to set this curd.

After adding four chillies in lukewarm milk, the curd will set overnight.


This curd is very useful for our body.

This curd is completely natural.

By eating curd in this way, you will avoid chemicals and preservatives.


This curd is also very good from the point of view of health.
