VEGETARIAN AND NON VEG

    VEGETARIAN AND NON VEG

                 *********

Man is naturally a pure vegetarian.

In nature the creature that drinks water through the lips.

Like cow, sheep, goat etc.   All human beings also drinks water through his lips.

All human beings are vegetarian by nature.

All the living beings who are vegetarian, all live with love.

By behaving against nature, so many problems arise.Like global warming natural disaster. The heat that is increasing on the earth, The main reason for this is the killing of animals.

All the animals in the world drink water with their tongues.

Like lion dog and cat.

All these animals are carnivores.

Their nature is always violent.

All the living beings who are vegetarian, all live with love.

And carnivorous animals always remain in violent.

carnivorous animals make their territory their part.No other carnivorous animal should enter that area.

This is why it is written in the religious scriptures.

Your mind will become like the food you eat!

That's why vegetarian creatures look cute even in appearance.

and all together lovingly living in one place.

Non-vegetarian animals are not like this.

Vegetarianism versus non-vegetarianism is a perfect example of an opposing view of a healthy diet. Vegetarians consume plant-based foods whereas non-vegetarians consume animal-based foods.

              VEGANS

                 ****

Vegan diets have a possible advantage when it comes to sustainability and animal welfare,

Preventing the exploitation of animals is not the only reason for becoming vegan, but for many it remains the key factor in their decision to go vegan and stay vegan. Having emotional attachments with animals may form part of that reason, while many believe that all sentient creatures have a right to life and freedom.

vegan lifestyle prevents a tremendous amount of animal slaughter and suffering. It offers a potent way to shrink our environmental footprint, especially in regard to climate change. And a well-planned vegan diet can fuel the highest levels of fitness, while reducing our risk of various chronic diseases.

Reduce Air Pollution and Greenhouse Gases

Vegan diets offer the greatest potential for reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Greenhouse emissions might be decreased by 35% by replacing half of all animal-based meals with vegan diets. Even switching one animal product, would have a significant impact on climate goals.

Vegans don't eat any animal products, including honey and gelatine.

We know that giving up meat, dairy and all animal products make an enormous impact on our personal health and wellbeing. Studies have found that plant-based or vegan eaters live longer, have a 32 percent lower risk of heart disease, and a 25 percent lower risk of premature death from any cause.

A  vegan diet reduces the risk for chronic degenerative diseases such as obesity, coronary artery disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and certain types of cancer including colon, breast, prostate, stomach, lung and esophageal cancer. It can help lower or control weight, reduce the chances of developing heart disease, diabetes, and cancer, and possibly lead to a longer, healthier life.

By changing lifestyle and habits enjoy happy and healthy life.
