The first source of energy was the sun, as it provided heat and light during the day.


At least 60 minutes of sunlight is mandatory for the common man.  If the skin color is like wheat or darker than that, then two hours of sunlight is mandatory, otherwise there is a possibility of skin disease.


The eight B vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, B6, biotin, folate and B12) provide the most energy, as they aid in cell metabolism, help the body transform carbohydrates and fats into energy and carry energy-nutrients around the body.




The equation E = mc2 and, as a consequence, the two laws above were merged into the Law of Conservation of Mass-Energy: the total amount of mass and energy in the universe is constant.



There is power in simple language, you have to use it properly.  If not used properly, the same power can spoil or even destroy you.  This is the power of your body, it will definitely do something.It should be used for some good work.

If you will not respect your religion, supreme religion, worldly religion, karma religion.  So there will be no need to do anything for unrighteousness, an automatic system has been made.


                E

If you do not impart good values ​​to your children, you will have to feel embarrassed in front of people, this is the automatic system of the universe.

 

                 F

You will not try to keep your body fit.  No need to spoil it, it will be automatic.



Human birth is precious, it is given by the infinite grace of God, to cross this ocean of existence, if this coincidence gets destroyed.  Will not get it again.  Human birth is very rare.  According to religious scriptures, God and Goddess should be worshiped in order to take birth as a human being, God has made this body like His own with great love.

God loves us so much, we should love him at least.
