All the foods that are naturally obtained from trees and plants can be considered under the category of DIP Diet.” These can be fruits, vegetables, flowers, leaves and other parts of the plant, even seeds and root also. The full form of The DIP Diet is “Disciplined & Intelligent Person's Diet”


Dieting is the practice of attempting to achieve or maintain a certain weight through diet. People's dietary choices are often affected by a variety of factors, including ethical and religious beliefs, clinical need, or a desire to control weight. Not all diets are considered healthy.



Dip diet, also known as DASH diet, is a dietary plan that aims to lower blood pressure and improve heart health by consuming foods that are high in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins, and low in saturated and trans fats, added sugars, and sodium.


Composed of simple substances that do not require digestion, are readily absorbed, and leave a minimum residue in the intestine: glucose, amino acids or peptides, mono‐ and diacylglycerols rather than starch, proteins, and fats.


A Dip diet plan is all about including naturally occurring food items in your daily diet to yield maximum benefits. When we consume food in its natural form, it behaves in a disciplined manner in the human body.


Till 12 noon,eat only Raw food

You can eat cucumber, carrot, tomato and any green vegetable and leafy vegetable raw

Till 12 noon, eat fruits of 3 to 4 types including mango, banana, grapes, etc. For example, a 70kgs person should consume atleast 700gms of 4 types of fruits before 12 noon.

The important thing to understand in this is that you have to eat only 700 grams.  There is no need for this.  Your stomach should be filled.  You can fill your stomach even in 600 grams.And maybe even 900 grams will fill your stomach.You have to follow your body.  How hungry is this looking?


Within 7 days of Adopting The DIP Diet


52% of the patients could free themselves of all kinds of medicines, including medicines for B.P, cholesterol, acidity etc. Patients also experienced an average weigh loss of 1.4 kg.

Till 12 noon,eat only Raw food

You can eat cucumber, carrot, tomato and any green vegetable and leafy vegetable raw, You can add fruits to it, but it should not be hybrid or chemical based .or

GMO mean 

Genetically modified organism.


Minimum amount of Plate 1 = Your body weight in kg × 5 = …………….. gms

For example, a 70 kg person should eat at least 350gms of 4 types of raw vegetables.


        

Always eat your lunch/dinner in 2 plates.

Plate 1 and Plate 2


Plate 1 should consist of 4 types of vegetables like carrot, tomato, radish and cucumber, which you can eat in raw form.

Plate 2 consists of homely cooked vegetarian food with negligible salt and oil.


First finish eating plate 1, in accordance with the above calculation. Then take plate 2 as much as you want to eat. The rules for lunch and dinner are same; however, we must remember to try to finish dinner by 7pm.



Not To Eat or Avoid

         ...........


• Animal food including milk products.

• Multivitamin tonic and capsules.

• Refined and packed food.

• Alcohol Based Drinks and Cold drinks.

• All dairy products.

Try exposing your body to 40 minutes of sunshine on daily basis.


Tea is our favorite thing, we cannot leave it.

Don't give priority to tea.  Keep this at number two.
