Jeera:

• 1 JEERA (CUMIN SEEDS 100 GRAM.
• 2 AJWAIN (CARROM SEEDS 100 GRAM .
• 3 SAUNF (FENNEL SEEDS 100 GRAM.
• Wash them all thoroughly and dry them.
• Roast slowly in an iron pan.
• And make its powder.
• Mix equal parts of roasted cumin seeds (jeera), carrom seeds (ajwain), and fennel seeds (saunf) into a powder. Take 1/2 teaspoon of the powder with a few drops of lemon in a glass of hot water before each meal, three times a day. .
